Copy Health Check terms and conditions

Inclusions

1.1. The Copy Health check deliverable consists of a Copy Health Check report detailing the recommendations made by The Write Rebecca to the client. 

​

1.2. Each health check will also include a submission form to be completed by the client, and a recorded video walkthrough of the client’s recommendations. 

​

1.3. The Copy Healthcheck will be delivered within 14 days of payment of the invoice.. However The Write Rebecca retains the right to delay on personal or medical grounds should a complication arise. If delays accrue to more than 14 days, the client may request a full refund.

​

1.4. Additional pages for review may be added at an additional cost of £70 per page.

Payment

2.1. The Copy Healthcheck will be invoiced upon delivery of the terms. 

​

2.2. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice and the client’s priority time booking will be held for one week from receipt of the invoice. 

​

2.3. If the invoice is not paid within a week, The Write Rebecca cannot guarantee priority time in the calendar.

​

2.4. ‘The Client’ may terminate the job at any time. In this instance, The Write Rebecca will return the payment, minus the value of any time spent and work completed to date. 

​

2.5. Payment may be made by direct deposit or PayPal. ‘The Client’ is required to pay PayPal fees and so all PayPal transactions are subject to a 3.4% surcharge. 

​

Retention Of Title

3.1. It is agreed that the copyright for any work delivered to ‘the Client’ remains the intellectual property of The Write Rebecca until all monies due have been paid.

​

Liability, Release and Indemnity

4.1. All materials provided by ‘the Client’ are assumed legal and accurate.

​

4.2. The Write Rebecca cannot be held responsible for how the material produced is used once ‘the Client’ is in receipt of the report. 

​

4.3. ‘The Client’ agrees to indemnify and to hold The Write Rebecca harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including solicitors fees, due to materials included in any work undertaken at the request of ‘the Client’.

​

4.4. Any claim by ‘the Client’ as to incorrect performance or breach of these terms and conditions must be made to The Write Rebecca in writing within seven days of delivery.

​

4.5. With so many factors contributing to the success of a piece of copywriting, The Write Rebecca cannot make any guarantees as to the performance of the copy after The Write Rebecca’s recommendations have been implemented.

4.6. Due to the complex nature of search engine ranking, The Write Rebecca cannot guarantee any specific ranking as a result of publishing optimised copywriting.

4.7. The Write Rebecca accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions taken by ‘the Client’ that cause the website of ‘the Client’ to be penalised or banned from any Search Engine.
